The Commissioner for Transport, Miss Winnie Tse, today (June 16) visited the Tsing Ma Control Area to view its traffic incident handling measures, together with the Chairman of the Legislative Council Panel on Transport, Dr Chan Han-pan. Representatives of the Transport and Logistics Bureau, the Hong Kong Police Force, the Kwai Tsing District Office and the Kwai Tsing District Council also joined the visit. Photo shows a truck mounted attenuator equipped with anti-collision buffer devices, providing safety barriers at accident scenes. Following vehicles are warned through additional rotating beacons.
